📱 Local Storage (Primary): All your data – customers, products, invoices, quotations, and settings – is stored locally on your device's internal database. We never store your business data on our own servers. You remain in full control.
☁️ Google Drive Backup (Optional): If you choose to use backup, your encrypted data is stored securely in your personal Google Drive account. We do not access, view, or retain your data on any third-party infrastructure. Backup and restore operations are fully initiated and controlled by you via the app's settings.
🔑 4. Google Account Access (Backup Feature)
To enable optional backup & restore, the app may request access to your Google account via the Google Drive API (restricted scope: only to read/write backup files inside a dedicated app folder).
- We only: create backup files in your Drive and restore data when you explicitly request it.
- We do NOT: access unrelated files, share your Google Drive data, view personal emails, or modify any other Google service data.
You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings or simply disable backup inside the app.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data or business records with any third parties. Data is shared outside the app only when you manually initiate an export or share action (e.g., share an invoice PDF via WhatsApp, email, or other apps). The shared document is under your sole responsibility and control.

You have full control over your information:
- Delete your data anytime by clearing app data via device settings or uninstalling the app.
- Enable/disable backup feature with one toggle inside app settings.
- Remove backups from Google Drive manually via Google Drive web or mobile app interface.
- Export/import data (CSV/PDF) to maintain your own offline copies.
- Revoke Google Drive access anytime from your Google Account permissions page.

This app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us if they have concerns.
